It's all about teamwork

Niagara Northern Stars Soccer Club was founded by a group of volunteers passionate about soccer and the development of our local youth in the competitive sector.

1980s

The club began participating in the East Central League in the 1980s as a part of the Howard Hurricanes Soccer Club.

2000s

In the early 2000’s, the club organized as a 501c3 non-profit organization, and was accepted by Wisconsin Youth Soccer as an independent club.  This was an important milestone, as that was when we first were able to hold home games in Niagara, rather than in Howard.

player costs

The NNSSC is an all volunteer organization.  Some have the misconception that coaches are paid.  No one in the club receives any financial compensation.  Player fees are maintained as low as possible to cover necessary club costs:  WYSA fees, East Central fees, referee fees, tournament fees, field maintenance fees, and insurance are our most significant expenses.
